1. About this website

This website provides information about the 6IX Dispatch platform. 6IX Dispatch is currently in launch preparation, and features described here may not yet be available in any city. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Not an emergency service

6IX Dispatch is not an emergency service and does not replace police, fire or paramedic services. If there are injuries, fire, or any immediate danger, call 911.

3. Reporting a location

Reports must be made safely and lawfully. Do not report while driving, do not stop in live traffic, and do not approach a collision scene or any vehicle involved. Report only what you can safely observe.

4. Report accuracy and verification

Information submitted through a reporting channel is reviewed and processed before any dispatch is routed. We do not warrant that any report is accurate, complete or current. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you must not submit false, misleading or malicious reports.

5. No guarantee of dispatch or response

We do not guarantee that any towing partner will receive, accept or respond to a dispatch, or that a response will occur within any period of time. Acceptance of a dispatch is always at the discretion of the independent towing partner, and availability depends on city enablement, partner eligibility and operational conditions.

6. Independent towing businesses

Towing services are performed by independent towing businesses. 6IX Dispatch does not own, operate, employ or control any towing company and does not provide towing services. Each partner is solely responsible for its own operations, personnel, equipment, insurance, pricing and regulatory compliance. Any dispute regarding a tow is between you and the towing business involved.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

• submit false, fraudulent or misleading reports
• use the website or reporting channels to harass, threaten or endanger anyone
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access
• interfere with, overload, scrape or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law

8. Intellectual property

The 6IX Dispatch name, logo, branding, page content, design and software are owned by 6IX Dispatch or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share this website's public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The website and platform are provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, pages or service areas at any time, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6IX Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on its content, or the acts or omissions of an independent towing business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Separate agreements

Partner participation, billing and payment are governed by the separate written agreement provided during onboarding. That agreement applies in addition to these terms and governs the commercial relationship between 6IX Dispatch and the partner.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. When they change, the date below is revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
