For tow partners

Dispatch built for independent operators

6IX Dispatch is a technology platform. You keep running your business — we handle the intake, verification, routing and dispatch workflow around it.

Towing partners are independent businesses. 6IX Dispatch does not own, operate, employ or control any towing company, and does not provide towing services. Each partner remains solely responsible for its own operations, personnel, equipment, insurance, pricing and regulatory compliance. Participation does not guarantee any volume of dispatches, response from any partner, or level of income.

Why join

Fewer phone calls. Clearer jobs.

Structured dispatch details

Every dispatch arrives with the location, city and context already organised.

You choose what to accept

Nothing is forced on you. Accept what fits your equipment and capacity.

City-based coverage

You only receive dispatches for the service areas you are approved for.

Digital confirmations

Acceptance, status and completion are recorded in the platform.

Structured billing

Invoicing and payment steps follow one consistent workflow.

Independent by design

Your operations, staffing, insurance and compliance remain yours.

6IX Dispatch does not guarantee any volume of dispatches, job frequency or revenue. Dispatch availability depends on reports received, service area coverage and partner eligibility.

How dispatches work

The same process, every time

  1. 01

    A location is reported

Someone on the road sends the location, nearest intersection and city of a roadside incident.

  2. 02

6IX Dispatch verifies and processes the information

The report is structured, checked for completeness and matched to a service area before anything is sent out.

  3. 03

    Eligible towing partners are notified

Partners approved for that city receive the dispatch details through the platform.

  4. 04

    An available partner can accept

Acceptance is optional. Independent partners decide which dispatches fit their capacity and equipment.

  5. 05

The dispatch is tracked through completion

Status updates, confirmations and the billing workflow are recorded end to end.

City coverage

Where we are starting

Brampton

Our first launch city. Partner onboarding and readiness checks are underway ahead of live dispatch operations.

Greater Toronto Area

Expansion is planned across the GTA. A city becomes available to partners only once it is fully enabled for production dispatch.

Billing that follows the dispatch

Completion recorded

Payment tracked

Each payment step is tracked through to reconciliation.

Payment methods, timelines and commercial terms are confirmed in writing during onboarding.
