A location is reported
Someone on the road sends the location, nearest intersection and city of a roadside incident.

6IX Dispatch verifies and processes the information
The report is structured, checked for completeness and matched to a service area before anything is sent out.
- Incomplete or unclear reports are reviewed before anything is dispatched.
- Locations are processed so highways, intersections and city boundaries resolve correctly.

Eligible towing partners are notified
Partners approved for that city receive the dispatch details through the platform.
- Only partners approved for that city receive the dispatch.
- Partners see the operational details they need to make a decision.

An available partner can accept
Acceptance is optional. Independent partners decide which dispatches fit their capacity and equipment.
- Acceptance is always the partner's choice.
- Once accepted, the dispatch is assigned and confirmed in the platform.

The dispatch is tracked through completion
Status updates, confirmations and the billing workflow are recorded end to end.
- Each state change is recorded as the job progresses.
- Completion feeds directly into the invoicing and payment workflow.
